What we assess

Six questions decide whether an AI project pays off.

Data

Is the data good enough?

Where your numbers live, whether teams trust them, and which gaps would stop an AI use case from working.

Process

Are the processes ready?

How the work actually runs today. AI applied to a broken process just makes it fail faster.

Value

Which use cases are worth it?

The three to five use cases with the clearest payback, sized by impact, effort and risk.

People

Will the team adopt it?

Skills, ownership and the review rhythm a new tool has to fit into, so it gets used after launch.

Technology

Does it fit your systems?

What you can do with the ERP, CRM, BI and Microsoft tools you already pay for, before buying anything new.

Governance

Is it safe to run?

Data privacy, access, accuracy checks and who signs off, scaled to the size of your business.

FAQ

AI readiness, answered plainly.

What is AI readiness?

AI readiness is how prepared your business is to get real value from AI: whether the data is reliable, the processes are clear enough to improve, the people will adopt it, and the use cases are worth the cost. Most companies are ready in some areas and not in others. The assessment shows you which is which.

What does an AI readiness checklist cover?

Six areas: data quality and access, process maturity, use-case value, people and adoption, technology fit, and governance and risk. A checklist tells you what to look at. The assessment applies it to your business and ranks what to do first.

Do we need clean data before we start?

No. Most mid-market companies have data spread across ERP, CRM and spreadsheets. Part of the assessment is finding out which data is good enough today and which gaps need fixing before a pilot.

Is this only for large enterprises?

No. It is designed for growing and mid-market companies that want to use AI without a large transformation programme. We work with the systems you already have.

What happens after the assessment?

You get a ranked roadmap and a recommended first pilot. You can run it with your own team, with another partner, or with us. There is no obligation either way.
